Videos & Skype 

The technology has developed rapidly and still is growing even bigger, Video's are getting very advanced and more important to our daily life. Skype is a Program developed to have conversations on the internet using a webcam where you can see each other on the screen no matter where you are around the world by using a device which has internet connection as well as a camera or microphone.

I believe that videos have a great use to educate people of any age as theses recorded videos can be watched again and again explain any themes and topic's. The example of this is the Khan academy, which is a foundation created from a guy who started making YouTube video's explaing maths to learn easier by showing and speaking at the same time just like in a class room but only that it can be looked at again and again. This shows that Video's can be used educationally and by the technology development you can do even more interactive stuff like the Skype Application.  
Myself i have experienced that my lecture had a meeting in a different city, therefor our class setup a video conversation over Skype allowing or lecture teach us from another city, which shows the fact that if people are ill or cannot be in can watch online the lectures by setting up an online stream of the running lectures.
